TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Fancy Beauty Academy website, submit an application, enroll in training, purchase access, or participate in an Academy program. By doing so, you agree to these terms.
Fancy Beauty Academy may offer in-person group training, self-paced virtual training, and private one-on-one training. Program descriptions, dates, locations, availability, materials, and access periods are provided on the applicable enrollment or information page. We may make reasonable updates to course content or scheduling when necessary.
You are responsible for providing accurate application and enrollment information. Enrollment is not complete until any required agreement and payment have been received and confirmed. Seats and private training dates may be limited.
Prices and payment requirements are shown before purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, consultation fees, training fees, service fees, deposits, and other payments are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule and before the applicable training or service begins. Third-party payment plans, including any available buy-now-pay-later option, are subject to the provider's approval and terms.
Participants must attend at the scheduled time for live or in-person sessions and follow the instructions provided before training. Requests to reschedule are reviewed according to the terms presented at enrollment and are not guaranteed. If Fancy Beauty Academy must make a material schedule change, we will communicate available options to affected students.
Self-paced virtual training is for the enrolled student's personal use. Login credentials and course access may not be shared, resold, copied, recorded, redistributed, or made available to another person. Access duration and technical requirements are stated with the applicable program.
Course videos, manuals, presentations, demonstrations, methods, downloads, branding, photographs, and other training materials belong to Fancy Beauty Academy or its licensors. Enrollment gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, teach, sell, publish, or distribute the materials.
Students must behave professionally, follow safety and sanitation instructions, respect instructors, models, clients, and other students, and avoid disruptive or unlawful conduct. We may remove a participant whose conduct creates a safety risk, violates these terms, or interferes with the learning environment.
You may not record training sessions or photograph other people without permission. Fancy Beauty Academy will request appropriate permission before using a student's image, voice, testimonial, or work for marketing where required.
Training provides education and skill development, but individual results vary. We do not guarantee income, client volume, business growth, licensing, certification by a government authority, or any specific financial result. Your results depend on factors including practice, experience, pricing, location, marketing, service quality, and business decisions.
We work to keep the website and course systems available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduling, payments, communications, and course delivery may rely on third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.
To the extent permitted by law, Fancy Beauty Academy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, training materials, or participation in a program. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as our programs or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. Terms presented and accepted at the time of purchase also apply to that enrollment.
